PLOT
Celebrity Getaway is a relaxed celebrity roleplay game that loosely follows the real world. Real life is momentarily put on hold while your favourite celebrities take a vacation in the dreamy Baie De Saint Jean beach on St. Barts in the Caribbean. While we do adhere to real life as it has happened up until this point, we don't consider CG to be a real-time celebrity rpg. Here we are more about having fun in a relaxed environment. Adds are done as we receive applications (with the exception of first adds), and players are encouraged to be creative and have fun. We don't monitor everything, and are laid-back about plots you might want: we all come to rpgs for a reason, so why not do what you want to do and have fun doing it? Come in, wind down, enjoy the view, go surfing, get a tan, fall in love! It's all part of the celebrity package!

RULES
00. The RPG is set in St. Barthelemy, Caribbean, in and around the Eden Rock hotel at the Baie De Saint Jean beach, and all celebrities should be there during game play. However, short trips out of the immediate RPG setting will be allowed, but not much interaction there will be provided.
01. Keep OOC and IC separate. Major drama will not be tolerated.
02. All storylines must be realistic (i.e. pregnancies must last full term and wounds won't heal overnight).
03. Any large pictures or threads that are over a couple of paragraphs long should be put under a lj-cut (anything that will mess up the friends' page or make people scroll forever.)
04. All characters should be updated at least once every two weeks. We don't require logging, but it is optional and a community for it has been provided. If your character has not been active for two weeks or longer, they will be removed. If you wish to rejoin a character, simply resubmit your application, provided that the celebrity is still available.
05. Although there is no limit to how many celebrities you may play, please only have as many as you can keep up with. We will remove any that have been inactive for over two weeks.
06. We would prefer if your AIM and IJ journal name have some part of your celebrity's name, either their first, last, or some combination of the two.
